"Why not the Hearty Chowder?"
One day, I was reminded of one of my favorite comfort foods from a pleasantly cozy cafe. It was simple yet rich, flavorful, warm and with some bits of this and that ~ every spoonful was a healthy delight to my tummy! It made me extremely happy.
As a result, Hearty Chowder was born. The simple yet rich gastronomy afternoon experience was translated to a website, blog and even to a self-published book.
It's all about life ~ as deliciously home-cooked as any warm and hearty chowder...It is full of heart, emotions, love, strong observations, faith and all those freshest ingredients that make it special and filling! It is wholesome, fun and healthy to the heart, soul, spirit and bones! It is all about what comprises life ~ the good and average things, the simple and most delightful experiences, the weirdest to the most common, the work and play part, from the most challenging to the easiest things to comprehend, and to everything that makes us human beings. It is imperfect but good! As richly made as any kind of chowder which ingredients varies from vegetables to seafoods, as colorful as the details and as yummy as it is...It is cooked with words, labels, thoughts, visions, portraits, impressions, verses, photos, art and all sort of different and random things that simply makes it ~ a Hearty Chowder.
